Clearfield, Utah Condo Development

A large new condo development is making
headway in Utah. Local government and developers are working to complete the
plans on a development of a mixed-use complex. The proposed site is located
north of Salt Lake City and south of Hill Air Force Base in Clearfield, Utah.
Situated between 1650 East and 2000 East and south of 700 South, the proposed
site is stirring a little bit of excitement in Clearfield and upon completion
will change the skyline of the area.
The development’s
plans call for 250,000 square feet of retail and
office space. A theater and condominiums boost the
projected square feet to a total of 1.2 million. The
design facilitates live, work, shop and play all in
the same area. The facility includes 8 stories
designed in a U-shape.
The proposed site
will be called Midtown Village at Legend Hills.
Zoning has already been amended to provide for the
project. Final site plans are hoped to be approved
within the next several weeks.
