The average sold price for a
condo residence in Utah is $185,097.
The leading condo market in Utah is
Salt Lake County with 1,724 sales
over the past 12-months. Summit
County, which contains the Park City
area, has a very high number
of condo units available on the
market given its relatively small
size, currently 558 condo units.
Summit County also has the highest
average price per condo at $441,303.
Nearly 60% of the condos currently
for sale are in Salt Lake and Utah
Counties.
